This February, discover Le Claousou, an unpasteurized sheep’s milk cheese from the Lozère region of southern France. Our sommelier selection will feature M. Chapoutier Bila-Haut Côtes-du-Roussillon Villages AOP Rouge red wine and M. Chapoutier Bila-Haut Côtes-du-Roussillon AOP Blanc white wine.
