Few DJs have marked the Bangkok music scene like Fred Canal in the past decade.

Ever since his introduction at famed Maggie Choo’s in 2014, Fred Canal has stunned party goers with his take no prisoner style selection of house and techno tracks, with a touch of French flair artfully mixed between absolute dance floor anthems, classic or brand new.

Girls would throw their underwear at him, club owners would ask him to come and play for them, flying him in business class and with all expenses covered.

Fred Canal cemented his stature of dean and boss of the house music scene with his residency at Sing Sing Theater from 2015 to 2020 with his legendary tenure on Friday nights. A veteran and seasoned festival DJ, Fred Canal also took the headline at Sing Sing’s Wonderfruit stage in 2018 and with an unforgettable set in 2019 that those present still talk with some tears in their eyes and with real emotion in their voice.
